About Me

Selena is a NYC-based journalist, stylist, and creative of other sorts. Her work has most recently appeared in Flaunt Magazine, Moveux Magazine, Her Campus Magazine, and more. She is a UCLA alumna with a double B.A. in English and Psychology, and a double minor in Creative Writing and Food Studies. As an aspiring novelist and poet, Selena believes stongly in the power of storytelling and can turn any minute situation into a dramatic narrative. She loves scoping out new coffee shops, reading feminist literature, analyzing song lyrics a bit too deeply, and creating mood boards.
